Found it!

This has to be one of the cutest lamps I've ever come across. I found it at a great new boutique in Houston called bespoke by GJCD in the Heights. In addition to the fabulous decorative items they carry they also offer interior design services. I think this lamp would look great on a modern dresser. What would you pair it with?

BTW - While you 're on 19th street make sure to visit my new *favorite* spot Pie in the Sky. I am now a regular!

My Birthday with the Beautiful People

The Strawberry Bomb

Nothing makes a birthday more special than celebrating it with family and friends. Friday I had a beautiful fete at The Cork Wine Bar in downtown Houston. Wine, aperitivos, cupcakes from Little Miss Cupcakes , fabulous girlfriends, cute boys, a disco ball (a gift) and a cute waiter made the evening complete. Saturday my lovely mom hosted a birthday lunch for my family and I complete with a homemade birthday cake, my favorite dish and my 3 year old nephew taking a swipe at the frosting as they sung happy birthday. Now enjoying all my bd swag, Liberty of London, Creed, Valentino, Champagne.... Happy Birthday indeed!

I had the most wonderful assignment today! A birthday wish list. I am more than happy to oblige! So far i have this wonderful tank from J.Crew, a clutch from Club Monaco, Chanel nail colour, and a rose gold bangle from Robert Coin -have one already but i think this type of accessory works better in multiples ; )
